Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free forever and no credit card is needed to start. It covers your booking page and link, up to 3 services, 1 space, the AI booking assistant, payments at booking, email confirmations, and basic analytics.
Why do I see prices in Naira and someone else sees dollars?
Pricing is set from where you are. Nigerian businesses are billed in NGN through Paystack. Everywhere else is billed in USD through Paddle, with a lower rate for the rest of Africa.
Does Calendyfy take a cut of my bookings?
On Free and Pro a small platform fee applies to payments processed through Calendyfy. On Enterprise you can connect your own Paystack account, in which case customer payments settle directly to you and Calendyfy takes no cut per booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops back to the free plan. Your booking page keeps working and your data stays put.
Can I switch between monthly, quarterly and yearly?
Yes. Quarterly saves about 13% and yearly about 25% against the monthly rate. You can change cycle from your subscription settings.
Do you offer anything for larger teams?
Enterprise covers unlimited staff with roles and permissions, unlimited spaces for multiple locations, removal of Calendyfy branding, and dedicated onboarding. Email hello@calendyfy.com if you need something beyond that.
